💧 Water is limited – please use sparingly.
🗑️ Take out trash regularly to avoid pests.
🥤 Use only plastic glasses by the pool (in the outdoor kitchen).
🔥 Always turn off gas at the bottles in the pool house after grilling.
🚫 No diving in the pool.
⚠️ All injuries on the property are at your own risk.
🚪 Keep gates closed whether you’re home or not.
🔒 At night, lock doors; if leaving the property, lock and alarm the house.
🔊 Keep noise down after 22:00 and respect the neighbours.
❄️ Close doors/windows when using the AC.
❌ Don’t run AC in unused rooms or set it below 24°C.
🧭 Private areas: Garages and other storage rooms are for staff use only.
👕🧺Feel free to use the washing machine located by the toilet downstairs.

There are many lovely shops in the area, not to mention all the local markets. The area offers excellent ingredients for your cooking. Here are a few examples of shops – otherwise, they’re just a quick Google search away.

🥖Best morning bread; Casa Bernardi Bakery (note, opens at 10 am, Mondays closed)

Housekeeping & Staff
Staff may occasionally visit the property for pool maintenance, gardening, or cleaning, even without prior notice. They will always be respectful of your privacy.
😢 Before you leave
All good things must come to an end — but before you leave the wonderful Finca Los Almendros, may we ask for a few final favors? And as you head off, we send you with a heartfelt welcome back anytime.
🛏️ Leave the sheets in the bed
🧺 Leave the bathrobes and towels in the bathrooms
🥛🧈🍅🥬 Empty the fridge and freezer
♻️ Kindly take all trash and household waste from the house with you
⚡Kindly ensure that all air conditioning units and power sources are switched off
🗝️Make sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked and that the house is alarmed
🗝️Please put the extra key back in the jar and the main key in the key box
🗝️Make sure that the gate is closed when you leave
